White-label QR Code Campaign Manager Software
This is a QR Code management software that you install on your web server and uses your domain name. It gives you the freedom to create, track and manage unlimited QR Code campaigns for unlimited users/clients. It generates detailed scan and page analytics reports that show you how people engage with your QR Codes. It can be used to create a QR Code campaign for Facebook Pages, Smartphone Apps or any other mobile website. It creates QR Codes with logos, vanity URLs or shortened URLs, and generates QR Codes in many formats including vector formats such as eps, svg, and pdf.
The destination the QR Code leads to can be modified without changing the barcode itself. The redirection can also be scheduled to happen in future.
Depending on the campaign set up, analytics data like demographics, pageviews, bounce rate, realtime hourly scans, unique scans, time on site, goals, GPS location, and phone handset brand are available. The reports are interactive and generated in realtime. The application also gathers mobile traffic data from sources like NFCNew, SMS, social media, search engines and email.
Other features the software supports includes batch vCards/meCards, and Calendar generation, batch campaign setup, and QR Codes for PURLs.
This application can be white labeled. Brand it as your own and manage QR Codes for your clients. It also supports subscription groups and payments and even includes an APINew that can be used to create trackable QR Codes, fetch reports and embed interactive graphs.
The software can be translated into many l-t-r languages.
The dashboard
The dashboard shows you a summary of the following data and gives you the option to receive them to your Facebook or Twitter account.

Scans
The scans reports shows you the number of scans for the period specified. It also allows you to compare scans from one campaign versus another. The comparison also includes realtime hour by hour scans.
Goals
We define the goals as the main objective why you want to run a QR Code campaign. For example, if you want the user to buy a book, then when they reach the post payment page, the application will count the event as a goal. The goals reports shows you the number of goals achieved for the period specified. There is also a tool there that shows you how QR Code goals fairs when compared to traffic sources from social media, search engines, ad networks and email & SMS.
Bounce Rate
The bounce rate reports shows you the percentage of users who visited the site but only viewed one page. It also allows you to compare bounce rate in one campaign versus another, and from different sources of traffic, that is social media, search engines, ad networks and email & SMS.
Time on site
The time on site reports shows you the average amount of time spent on the campaign landing pages. It also allows you to compare the time spent in one campaign versus another, and from different sources of traffic, that is social media, search engines, ad networks and email & SMS.
Pageviews
The pageviews reports shows you the total number of pages a visitor viewed, and the average pages per visit. It also allows you to compare the total number of pageviews in one campaign versus another.
Unique Scans
The unique scans reports shows you the total number of unique scans, and the conversion rate of each scan. It also allows you to compare the total number of unique scans in one campaign versus another.
Traffic Overview
The traffic overview reports shows you the types of traffic that came in to your site. These include traffic from QR Codes, social media, search engines, mobile ad networks, email & SMS. There is also a trends feature that allows you to see how each traffic type performs over time.
Each traffic is further categorized by its type. For example social media is further broken down to its type like social networks, blogging platforms, etc. Other information shown include the bounce rate, time on site, pageviews and goals reached. You will therefore be in a position to see what works best.
Content Overview
The content overview reports shows you the exact pages the user visited. It also shows the number of times they visited those pages and the time they spent on them.
You can further analyze the trends on each page.
Demographics
The demographic reports shows you the age and gender of the users who engaged with your Facebook Pages QR Code campaign. For all other campaign types, the report shows you the number of times your campaign has been shared on social media.
Phones Used
The phone reports shows you the phone model used to access your site.
You can further analyze the trends on each phone model.
Location
The location reports shows you the location where the user accessed your site from. You can view location data by selecting the type of traffic. These include traffic from QR Codes, social media, search engines, ad networks and email & SMS.
You can further analyze each location and view street map views of the places.
Media
The media reports shows you the type of media that were most effective in a QR Code campaign. You can also view the trends on a specific media type.
On the same page, you will find a tool that lets you compare the responses you get from different art work you used. This can be used to compare the effectiveness of items such as custom QR Codes.
Mobile Reports
The same analytics reports are available for viewing in a mobile device, with an interface specifically designed for mobile devices.
Email Notification
You can set the dashboard report to be sent as updates to your email account automatically.
These are sent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

You can also set up live email alerts when a campaign receives a pre-defined number of scans.
Facebook Pages QR Code Campaigns
You can create a campaign for your Facebook page. You need to be the page admin to create this type of campaign on this application.
The following are available:

- · Vanity URL
- · Options to download the image in either eps, svg, jpg, png, gif and pdf formats.
- · Ability to change the destination URL at any time without changing the barcode.
Smartphone Apps Campaigns
You can create a campaign for your Smartphone App. The phones will be detected and the users forwarded to the correct stores for their phones.
The following are available:

Mobile website Campaigns
You can create a campaign for ordinary mobile websites. With the tracking code provided, you can learn what the user did after they viewed the intitial landing page.

QR Code for PURLs
You can create bulk QR Codes for PURLs. Simply upload a csv file with the names of your customers and receive a new file with the QR Codes. Tracking is optional.
Batch QR Codes or MS Tags Campaigns
You can create batch QR Codes or Microsoft Tag campaigns. Simply upload a csv file the title, and URLs.
Batch QR Code vCards, meCards or Calendar
You can create batch QR Code vcards, meCards or Calendar. Simply upload a csv file with the required data.
Users
The application supports unlimited users(clients) and unlimited administrators.
Each user gets their own log in information and their reports kept private.
When your purchase the plugin, your clients can also create their own users (subusers).
Permission & Subscription
Permission
This plugin allows you to set permission for your users(clients) and administrators.
For the clients, you can limit the number of campaigns they can have, the number of accounts they can create and other features they can have access to for example denying access to create campaigns.
For the administrators you can limit what editing functions they can have access to.

This is a free add-on that enables you to generate other types of QR Codes. For example meCards, SMS, Maps, Email, etc.
Microsoft Tags
This is a free add-on that allows you to generate Microsoft Tags and compare them with QR Codes
You will need to get an API key from Microsoft Tag site.
Once everything is set up, you can:

- · Track Tag campaigns. The same analytics like the ones for the QR Codes are available for Tags as well.

- · Upload artwork to monitor their response.
Realtime changes - You can pause, edit or set campaigns to expire at a certain date. You can also generate MS Tags in bulk amounts, and sort campaigns in to groups.
