What is this?

This is a professional web based PHP application that enables you to effectively market your restaurants on the mobile web, increase revenue and build a loyal customer base. It will generate QR Codes for you and gather analytics data when people scan them. It will also give you the ability to send SMS or email marketing messages to your customer's database, offer mobile coupons to loyal customers, and send feedback questionnaires to new customers.

This customer database is built up when people make reservations, and opt in to receive promotional offers from you. As it was designed to enhance print marketing, you will be able to compare the effectiveness of each print marketing campaign by defining goals. New customers added to the database is considered a goal.

How does it work?

Each marketing campaign that you create has its own trackable QR Code. You can then have the QR Codes displayed on printed materials. When people scan these QR Codes,or type in the URL, they will be able to perform actions like, make reservations, view menu, download coupons etc.

Each reservation made is reported back to the admin. You can then log in, and manage all reservations made, as well as view the analytics data.

You can generate QR Codes that can be labeled with call to action keywords e.g Scan For The Special Deal. You could also label it with a web link, color them or shrink their sizes down using url shortner services.

Generate QR Code Overlay

You can generate QR Codes already overlaid on an image. You simply indicate the position you want the QR Code to be placed at.

Real time editing

You can edit menu details using the HTML editor.

All changes made are reflected immediately.

Geo-tracking and geo-stats

You will be able to view the most popular locations.

You will also be able to view the locations where the QR Codes were scanned from.

Phone model statistics

You will be able to view the phone models that were used to scan the QR Codes.

Goal tracking

You can measure the goals you achieve on a QR Code campaign. Each reservation made is considered a goal.

Graphical reports

You will get graphical reports showing you weekly, monthly and yearly scans. You will also be able to compare scanning trends easily by viewing the line graphs.

Media comparison

You will be able to compare the response you get from different types of media e.g. brand A newspaper vs brand B magazine, thus comparing the effectiveness of print marketing.

Messaging System

You can set up SMS and Email messaging that will be used to communicate with your customer base.

Reservation System

You can manage all the reservation requests both from a desktop PC, or a mobile phone.

You can also export the guest list to csv, and securely mail them to staff on location.

Mobile Admin access

You can log in from your mobile phone and view the statistics of all running campaigns, as well as manage reservations.

Emergency stop

Incase there is something wrong on QR Codes already in circulation, you can simply disable them and direct people who scan them to an alternative site/page.
