What is this?

This is a professional web based PHP application that gives you the ability to offer 2D mobile barcode tickets. You can specify these barcode tickets to be either in Aztec, Datamatrix or QR Code format. These tickets are then sent to your customers using SMS.

This application will generate QR Codes for you and gather analytics data when people scan them. These generated QR Codes, used on existing printed materials, are what people scan when they are out and about. They then view the event details, and download tickets in the format that you specify.

As they opt in to receive promotional details from you, you will easily build a client database; that you can then market to using SMS, send feedback surveys, and keep them informed about an event's status.

As it was designed to enhance print marketing, you will be able to compare the effectiveness of each print marketing campaign by defining goals. Each ticket booking made is considered a goal.

How does it work?

When you create an event, the event will have a trackable QR Code. This QR Code is then to be displayed on printed materials e.g, a poster. When people scan these QR Codes, or type in the URL, they will be able to buy a ticket. The ticket is sent to the buyer as a unique 2D Barcode (Aztec, Datamatrix, or QR Code).

You can then log in to the admin account and manage the events' attendees, as well as view the analytics data.

You can generate QR Codes already overlaid on an image. You simply indicate the position you want the QR Code to be placed at.

Geo-tracking and geo-stats

You will be able to view the most popular locations.

You will also be able to view the locations where the QR Codes were scanned from.

Phone model statistics

You will be able to view the phone models that were used to scan the QR Codes.

Goal tracking

You can measure the goals you achieve on a QR Code campaign. Each booking made is considered a goal.

Graphical reports

You will get graphical reports showing you weekly, monthly and yearly scans. You will also be able to compare scanning trends easily by viewing the line graphs.

Media comparison

You will be able to compare the response you get from different types of media e.g. brand A newspaper vs brand B magazine, thus comparing the effectiveness of print marketing.

Messaging System

You can set up SMS messaging that will be used to communicate with your customer base.

Events Management System

You can manage all the bookings made and an event's status, from a desktop PC or a mobile phone.

You can also export the ticket validation data to csv, and securely mail them to staff on location.

Mobile Admin access

You can log in from your mobile phone and view the statistics of all the active events, as well as manage events.

Emergency stop

Incase there is something wrong on QR Codes already in circulation, you can simply disable them and direct people who scan them to an alternative site/page.

Multilingual interface

You can translate all the text to any language you want.
